Traditional Cheesemaking - with Jenny Creasy
Tuesday August 25, from 9am-5pm  $55/$45
Jenny learned traditional cheesemaking on small farms in Europe in 2002.There is quite a fundamental difference between the art of cheesemaking and the industrial process of making cheese. In this workshop we will make a traditional semi hard cheese suitable for making at home, whey ricotta making and butter making.

JENNY CREASY is passionate about growing her own food and preparing nutritious food. She spends many hours in her food gardens and looks forward to having her own dairy cows in the spring.
